Program Design & Oversight: This role will collaborate with the Playground Club Manager to design, plan, and implement quality, high‑yield after school activities in an outdoor setting. Key to success if the ability to solicit the voice of youth, plan and lead engaging play‑based activities, and grow youth retention in after school programming. Must be creative, leverage technology, adaptable to school specific needs, and human‑centered.

Program Oversight includes supervision of 2-3 Youth Development Professional staff with scheduling, training, team meetings, and learning and development opportunities. Additionally, this position will partner with senior leadership to ensure safety protocols and practices are in place to ensure the physical, emotional, and environmental safety of the youth we serve. The Site Coordinator will manage site supplies, materials, snacks, tech, and equipment, ensuring appropriate resources and supplies are utilized for an exceptional program experience for club members.

Build Community & Connection: Foster relationships with school leadership and parents. The Site Coordinator must establish a strong partnership with school administration and support shared goals of increasing engagement of youth who remain on campus after school.
