Traditional schools confine high-potential students to one-size-fits-all lecture formats built around median performance. Alpha operates differently: we enable student-directed learning that accelerates at the rate of individual capability rather than predetermined curriculum timelines.
This role does not involve classroom management of 30 students or adherence to standardized district frameworks. Instead, you will coach small cohorts of self-motivated learners seeking accelerated progress, deeper inquiry, and authentic ownership of their educational journey. If your achievements emerged outside conventional academic structures—through competitive arenas, athletic excellence, startup ventures, or creative disciplines—and you understand how to convert ambition into measurable outcomes, this position leverages your experience for student impact.
Teaching credentials are not necessary. Proven high performance is essential.
