• Facilitating adaptive reading workshops focused on building core competencies in phonics, fluency, and comprehension.
• Creating personalized motivational experiences that engage students and foster enduring enthusiasm for reading.
• Reviewing student performance data to iteratively improve your methods and generate practical insights.
• Partnering with the technology team to assess and improve AI‑based literacy platforms.

• Following pre‑scripted curricula or published scope‑and‑sequence programs.

• Cultivate a passion for reading in young students.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree or advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students.
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre‑written curricula.
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond effectively to student interactions within these systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
