Crossroads School seeks instructors and logisticians for part-time, seasonal outdoor education programs. Rates start at $365 per day with a current WFR certification, rising to $385 after the fifth course.
An extra $25 per Student Contact Day is paid for eligible certifications (e.g., Single Pitch Rock Site Manager, AIARE 1, Swiftwater Rescue) when used on course. Positions are part-time and seasonal, with opportunities to work across multiple outdoor locations and course types.
