Equitas Academy is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Aide to support scholars with IEPs both in and outside the classroom, including wheel chair assistance, toileting, lunch, and small-group instruction. The role emphasizes collaboration with general ed and RSP staff, and requires experience with students with disabilities and adaptive support needs.
The ideal candidate has an AA degree, knowledge of ABA, and CPR/First Aid certification. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
