Santa Monica Family YMCA seeks a Youth Dance Instructor to build positive relationships and lead engaging, age-appropriate dance classes in a safe, supportive environment. You should have knowledge in ballet, tap, jazz, or hip-hop and foster confidence, creativity, and a love of dance.
You will develop progressive curricula, demonstrate proper form, and adapt instruction to varying skill levels while ensuring a clean, safe workout area and strong participant engagement.
