Thrive Scholars is seeking College Readiness Teaching Assistants to support commuter and residential Summer Academy programs at USC Los Angeles, Mercy Manhattan NYC, and Northwestern Evanston. The role combines instructional support with mentoring to foster belonging and resilience in a diverse student cohort.
Teaching Assistants work with faculty to deliver Pre-Calculus through Calculus II or Introduction to College Writing, guiding students inside and outside the classroom.
