Alpha is hiring an Academic Coach to guide K–3 students through app-based core learning, identify gaps, and deliver targeted sequences to small groups from start to finish. You will conduct short literacy sessions, monitor progress with running records, and motivate weekly goals using classroom currency and gamification.
This full-time, on-site role requires 3+ years with children 4–9, 2+ years teaching reading in K–3, structured-literacy training, a bachelor’s degree, and US work authorization;
