Investment Associate

We are partnered with a growing Private Equity firm seeking an Associate. The position is on‑site with Friday’s remote in West LA.

Salary: 120‑130k + significant bonus and equity.

• Assist in due diligence on new opportunities
• Build financial models and prepare investment materials
• Oversee and maintain the firm’s databases and investment pipeline
• Monitor the performance of existing investments
• Lead research projects and benchmarking analyses to inform investment strategies
• Develop marketing materials and presentations for investors

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 3+ years of Investment Banking experience or PE experience
• Understanding of LBOs
• Strong modeling experience
• Transaction experience
