We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team and manage the core payment activity of the company.

About the Role

The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst plays a critical role in managing the company’s payment operations, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately, timely, and efficiently. Reporting to the CFO, this role partners closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to maintain strong vendor relationships, support month-end close and audits, and continuously improve AP processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable activity, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments using the vendor automation system, Stampli, and the ERP accounting system, Sage Intacct
  • Ensure invoices are received, distributed for review and approval, and properly classified within approval workflows
  • Maintain vendor and payment records in Stampli and Sage Intacct
  • Manage vendor payment information and payment setup for release in the online banking platform
  • Support Finance with various processes, including month-end close research and analysis and journal entries
  • Periodically reconcile operating and credit card accounts in Sage Intacct
  • Provide third-party audit support, including complying with support requests, responding to inquiries, and tracking open items
  • Import large invoices into Sage Intacct
  • Process large volumes of quarterly producer payments
  • Communicate proactively and clearly regarding invoicing or account issues as they arise
  • Coordinate bulk and single payment runs
Who You Are
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant practical accounting experience in media, distribution, entertainment, and/or streaming required
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite required
  • Experience with Sage Intacct, Quick Books, and Stampli strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across teams and collaborate with external counterparts
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to thoroughly review work to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Exceptional technical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
