Finance Principal

Our client is a leading eSportsvideo game developer, publisher, and tournament organizer and is seeking a Finance Principal to become their senior adviser. If you have a strategic mindset and outstanding advisory capabilities, we’d love to hear from you!

• Drive strategic planning and forecasting for the Infrastructure Group for 2020.
• Advise business partners on appropriate actions.
• Assist the business in developing business cases for large investments and shepherd the approval process.
• Collaborate with the Accounting Team to ensure allocations are functioning correctly.
• Maintain dashboards and management reports that help business partners interpret their financial performance and KPI.

• At least 7 years’ experience in finance, consulting and/or corporate strategy, or 5 years’ experience with an MBA.
• Knowledge of the ins and outs of hardware and software decisions preferred.
• Strong Financial Planning and Analysis Background is a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to craft reports and presentations that are easily understood by the less monetarily minded.
• Strong financial modeling experience and solid accounting foundation with ability to easily translate high-level input and ideas into financial or operating models.
• Experience working with Oracle, Board, Hyperion, Coupa.
• Advanced in Excel.
• Financial modeling experience is a plus.
• Positive, collaborative attitude that inspires confidence and motivates partners to meet challenges head-on.
• Curious, detail-oriented and creative.
