  • FIGS is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue & Gross Margin to join the Finance team
  • This person will report directly to the Senior Director, Revenue & Margin and will partner closely with Planning, Merchandising, Accounting, Data, and Operations
  • This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role that requires someone who can operate as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders and hands-on with the data
  • The ideal candidate has FP&A leadership experience & is energized by building scalable processes,supporting business partners, and shaping how the business thinks about Revenue and Gross Margin
  • Own and lead Revenue & Margin forecasting for FIGS, overseeing weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance analysis for business partners and executives
  • Partner with the Data team to set the roadmap for real-time, data-driven analytical reporting of Revenue and Margin KPIs, ensuring the team’s tools and dashboards scale with the business
  • Drive strategic process improvements in partnership with the Accounting team, identifying and closing gaps in how Revenue and Gross Margin are tracked, reported, and forecasted
  • Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses that evaluate new opportunities and support major business decisions across Revenue and Gross Margin, often presenting findings and recommendations directly to senior leadership
  • Build the future of the Revenue & Margin function: establish scalable processes, mentor and grow team members, and help define how the team operates as FIGS continues to grow

The ability to synthesize large, sometimes unrelated, data sets into clear narratives and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Proficiency with SQL and/or other business intelligence tools (Alteryx, Looker, Power Query / BI, Tableau), a plus Excel mastery and familiarity with Google Sheets7+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Public Accounting, including prior experience managing or mentoring team members

Bachelor’s Degree in a Quantitative or Business fieldE-commerce, consumer products, or retail experience, a major plus
