We are hiring for either a Branch Operations Specialist or Branch Operations Officer, depending on your experience and qualifications.

• Lead daily branch operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Coach, train, and support branch staff
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues
• Review branch reports, documentation, and operational controls
• Open new accounts and perform teller transactions as needed
• Monitor branch security and cash controls
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and branch coverage
• Support customer retention and relationship-building efforts
• Promote banking products and services that meet customer needs

• Train, mentor, and develop branch employees
• Recognize and motivate top-performing team members
• Assist with performance management and employee evaluations
• Support branch goals, sales initiatives, and operational success
• Partner with the Branch Manager to drive branch performance

• 5+ years of banking experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• 2+ years of banking operations experience
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software
• Notary Public preferred

• 8+ years of banking experience
• 4+ years of supervisory experience
• 4+ years of banking operations experience
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software
• Notary Public preferred
