Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Critical Care Specialist

Overview

The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).

Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy

Required Qualifications:

• Pharm
  
  DPharmacy Or
• Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
• Upon hire:
  California Pharmacist Registered
• Upon hire:
  Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License when eligible and where applicable
• Within 2 years of hire:
  Certification from Board of Pharmacy Specialties
• 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting
