Location:

Morrison Healthcare at Providence Saint John's Health Center. Setting:
Inpatient.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, with some rare evenings or weekends as business dictates. Requirement:
Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Clinical Nutrition Manager – lead a team of 7–10 onsite dietitians. Oversee clinical nutrition services, ensure high-quality patient care, and collaborate with the healthcare team to promote optimal nutritional health.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000. Other forms of compensation: CEUs, AND and CDR dues paid, tuition reimbursement, meal plan.

Lead a dynamic team of dietitians, promote innovative nutrition programs, and elevate patient care through evidence‑based practice.

• Guide, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of clinical nutrition professionals.
• Design and implement clinical nutrition strategies that enhance patient care and align with operational goals.
• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Educate patients, families, staff, and the community on nutrition and lifestyle strategies for sustainable wellness.
• Integrate evidence‑based research and standards into daily nutrition care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in QAPI initiatives to continuously improve outcomes.
• Work closely with food service leadership on menu and nutrition formulary management, regulatory standards, and patient experience.
• Support department staff and intern development through coaching, training, and education.

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with 2+ years of experience.
• Licenced Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in states where applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
