A renowned health system in Santa Monica is seeking a qualified pharmacist with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and California Pharmacy license. The role focuses on oncology patients, involving responsibilities such as reviewing medication profiles and interacting with healthcare professionals to ensure safe medication use. The ideal candidate will have recent clinical oncology experience and preferably an ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency.
