Description
As a leader within the Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) team, this role is responsible for coordinating scheduling and patient care needs for patients across all BHA locations with direct supervision of the office staff and flow at the Santa Monica location. Through coordination of clinical services, this Manager plays a key role in ensuring access and responsiveness for behavioral health services at UCLA Health.
The role includes daily administrative and operational oversight and physical space management for the department as well as coordination with centralized call support services.
Salary Range: $70,900 - $145,200 Annual
