About the Role:

As a Physician Assistant in our practice, you will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with a strong emphasis on patient trust, education-based treatment planning, and an elevated patient experience. We’re looking for someone who brings both clinical skill and emotional intelligence—someone who is confident, collaborative, and genuinely enjoys helping people feel their best.

• Patient evaluations and clinical documentation.
• Supporting medical dermatology and aesthetic patient care.
• Treatment education, consultation support, and plan recommendations.
• Helping deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.
• Upholding consistent medical, ethical, and service standards.
• Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture.

• Actively licensed PA in good standing.
• No records of malpractice violations.
• Preferred experience in dermatology and aesthetic treatments.
• Ethical, dependable, and patient-first.
• Warm, personable, and highly professional.
• Excited to work in a boutique practice with a family-like culture.
• Adaptable and growth-minded with a strong desire to improve continuously.
• A strong communicator who collaborates well with physicians and staff.
• Detail-oriented and organized, especially with clinical workflow.
• Skilled in medical documentation and able to quickly learn EMR software.
• A master of sales through education (not pressure)—able to guide patients confidently and honestly.
• Someone who takes ownership of their own development, training, and growth.
• Must be willing to learn fast and keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be caring, compassionate, and strong in customer service.
• Strong background in customer service/sales preferred.
• Interest in beauty, skincare, and aesthetic medicine strongly encouraged.
