Product Team Lead

Location: Santa Monica, California (must be in regular commutable distance)

Our client is tackling one of the biggest challenges in modern cities: how to move people around efficiently, sustainably, and equitably. They’re building the next generation of micromobility solutions—think e-bikes, scooters, adaptive devices, and more—all designed, engineered, and operated entirely in-house. With a focus on safety, community impact, and innovation, their mission is to make clean, accessible transportation a real option for everyone.

As Product Lead, you’ll own the full product journey - shaping strategy, driving execution, and scaling impact. You'll start with software, with future opportunities to lead across hardware as well. High visibility, high impact, and plenty of room to grow.

• Shape product strategy across software (and eventually hardware) to align with business goals
• Translate user insights into clear, actionable roadmaps
• Lead execution with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, ops, and more
• Monitor key metrics and pivot as needed to drive product success
• Champion end-to-end delivery and seamless team collaboration

• 7+ years in product management, ideally in consumer tech or mobility
• Experience launching apps on the App Store/Google Play
• Strong leadership across cross-functional teams
• Agile mindset and solid technical understanding
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action and problem-solving
• Excellent communicator and stakeholder wrangler
• Open to working with distributed time zones - e.g. late-night syncs with global teams
• Technical proficiency or background, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
• Proficiency or higher in Mandarin
• Commutable to Santa Monica or willing to relocate
