- The Salesforce Architect for Cell Therapy will lead the technical design and orchestration of the digital platform supporting complex workflows and integrations.
- Responsible for architecting solutions that manage the end-to-end journey of Cell Therapies (CT), ensuring seamless integration between clinical sites, manufacturing facilities, and logistics providers while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
- Architect real-time integrations between Salesforce, Manufacturing System), SAP and specialized logistics providers.
- Good expertise in Life science domain (Preferred Cell Therapy experience).
- Experience with Apex-led API integrations for high-stakes, real-time data exchange.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Shield.
- Experience in Community Cloud.
Must have: Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Apex based API integration, Domain - Life science
