Title: Project Specialist - Compensation Data
Industry: Beverage brand
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Duration: 6 months with potential to extend
Responsibilities- Download data from multiple sources, assemble in Excel using Power Query, and perform data quality checks.
- Upload data into the incentive compensation management tool.
- Enter data adjustments in the backend per manager emails.
- Export, review data quality, and submit to stakeholder teams (e.g., Payroll).
- Serve as the main communication point for managers, fielding responses from various stakeholders to ensure requests are entered into the system accurately.
- Familiarity with SQL is highly beneficial; certification is a plus.
- Experience with Python is preferred; candidates with both SQL and Python experience likely bring strong foundational technical knowledge.
- Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus but not required.
- Experience with advanced Excel functions such as XLOOKUP or INDEX MATCH is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by Work Genius.
