We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on maintaining, securing, and optimizing our internal systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in network management
, device administration
, and Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a hands-on approach to solving technical challenges.

• Manage and maintain the organization’s local and cloud-based networks, ensuring high availability and security.
• Oversee end-user devices (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals), including configuration, updates, and compliance.
• Administer identity and access management systems (Okta, Azure AD, or similar), ensuring proper access control and governance.
• Collaborate closely with security teams to implement and uphold compliance standards (such as ISO 27001, CMMC, NIST, etc) across the organization.
• Implement and maintain endpoint protection, firewalls, and other security tools with the Cybersecurity Manager and Systems Administrator.
• Troubleshoot network and system issues, providing Tier 2–3 technical support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline IT processes, enhance automation, and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for system configurations, policies, and incident resolution procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting tools.
• Hands-on experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, Jamf, or Kandji).
• Proficiency in IAM platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

• Must be located within commuting distance of Los Angeles.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (green card holder).
