They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to drive measurable digital growth across brand awareness, engagement, and qualified lead generation.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening brand authority, increasing high-quality inquiries, and supporting the continued growth of a category-defining senior living community. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with data, platforms, and storytelling, and is motivated by building trust with families navigating complex and meaningful life decisions.
Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and admissions priorities.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify audience behavior, emerging trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay current on digital marketing best practices, tools, and platform updates to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support SEO strategy to improve organic visibility, qualified traffic, and brand authority.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and collaborate on technical SEO enhancements.
- Partner with content teams to ensure blogs, landing pages, and educational resources are optimized for search intent and clarity.
- Monitor evolving search behavior, including generative AI and semantic search trends.
- Support the design and optimization of website conversion funnels, landing pages, and inquiry forms.
- Improve lead quality by aligning messaging and content with different stages of the decision journey.
- Contribute to structured A/B testing, landing page optimization playbooks, and nurture workflows.
- Collaborate with admissions and sales teams to ensure digital efforts generate sales‑ready inquiries.
- Assist with planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across search, social, display, and retargeting platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics including CPA, CTR, and conversion rates, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Partner with external agencies while maintaining hands‑on visibility into campaign execution and results.
- Support ongoing website enhancements focused on storytelling, trust‑building, and intuitive user journeys.
- Collaborate with design and development partners to implement improvements that increase engagement and inquiries.
- Lead proactive outreach to relevant media outlets, industry publications, podcasts, and digital creators.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors aligned with wellness, longevity, lifestyle, and senior living.
- Support development of press materials, thought leadership content, and story angles.
- Coordinate outreach around community milestones, partnerships, and leadership announcements.
- Track earned media placements and referral traffic to assess impact.
- Support social media strategy focused on wellness, vitality, longevity, and community life.
- Assist with content planning, posting cadence, and performance analysis.
- Leverage modern tools, including AI where appropriate, while maintaining an authentic brand voice.
- Support email nurture campaigns that educate prospects and move them toward inquiry and tours.
- Assist with audience segmentation, cadence planning, and content strategy.
- Align workflows with CRM data and admissions processes.
- Track and report on key performance indicators across digital channels with a focus on business outcomes.
