Who are we?
Ready to build Amazon's next $100B business? We're not just entering shipping - we're transforming how billions of packages move around the globe. By evolving Amazon's legendary fulfillment engine into an agile, intelligent shipping network, we're creating a resilient system that continuously optimizes to deliver on time, every time, for every business and every customer. Every shipment is more than just a box - it spins the flywheel faster, continuously enhancing our logistics network through scale, speed, and intelligence.
As we increase density and reach, we're revolutionizing shipping for ALL businesses while simultaneously strengthening Amazon's own delivery capabilities - reducing costs and accelerating deliveries across our entire ecosystem.
We're hiring a Senior Solution Architect to drive enterprise customer launches, working hands-on with high-volume shippers (>10K packages) to design, implement, and optimize complex integrations with Amazon Shipping. You'll be the technical expert who enables both pre-sales opportunities and post-sales implementation, partnering closely with commercial teams to win enterprise deals and then ensuring flawless technical execution.
Key collaboration partners:- Commercial teams on pre-sales technical enablement and enterprise deal support
- Enterprise customers (IT leaders, engineering teams, warehouse operations) on integration design and implementation
- System integrators and 3P platforms (Pro Ship, Easy Post, Centiro, etc.) on technical solutions
- Product and Engineering teams on feature requirements and platform improvements
- Collaborate with Solution Architects across US and EU markets on best practices and knowledge sharing
- Tech and Operations teams on post-launch support and optimization
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise launches: discovery, integration design, implementation, testing, and go-live.
- Run discovery on customer objectives and systems, and design integrations that work right the first time.
- Create launch plans covering architecture, testing, risk mitigation, and success criteria.
- Partner with commercial teams on enterprise deals, providing technical validation and solution design.
- Present integration strategies to customer IT leadership and run feasibility assessments.
- Dive deep into WMS, TMS, API, and EDI flows; troubleshoot using logs, monitoring, and AI-assisted analysis.
- Lead implementation with customer engineering teams, ensuring correct API usage, error handling, and operational excellence.
- Architect solutions that are extensible, secure, reliable, cost-optimized, and performant.
- Build reusable patterns and reference architectures; lead architecture reviews balancing speed and scalability.
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to senior IT and engineering leaders; present at QBRs.
- Inform Product and Engineering by translating customer needs into specifications; drive new API feature adoption.
- Document architectures and playbooks, and mentor peers across the SA team.
Your days balance pre-sales, technical execution, and customer advisory. Mornings involve reviewing integration metrics, joining sales calls with Fortune 500 prospects, and presenting technical capabilities for complex multi-warehouse environments.
You dive deep into customer issues—analyzing logs, identifying patterns, and implementing fixes with their engineering teams. You conduct discovery sessions, lead architecture reviews for enterprise launches, and advocate for customer feature requests to Product Management.
Afternoons focus on strategic work—creating reusable integration patterns, preparing QBRs, and mentoring teammates. You collaborate with commercial teams, customer engineers, product managers, and operations—diving deep technically while maintaining strategic relationships to turn enterprise requirements into successful integrations.
