- Support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure, including Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud, storage, backup, identity, and SaaS platforms.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, virtual machines, and enterprise infrastructure services.
- Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, identity management, authentication, and access control services.
- Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability, responding to alerts and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
- Assist with backup, recovery, patching, system updates, and security best practices.
- Automate routine operational tasks using scripting and automation tools.
- Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, IT, and engineering teams to support projects, upgrades, migrations, and ongoing operations.
- Participate in on‑call support and incident response activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in systems administration, infrastructure engineering, IT operations, or enterprise technology support.
- Experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux environments.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, storage, backup, and enterprise networking.
- Experience supporting technologies such as VMware, Hyper‑V, AWS, Active Directory, backup platforms, or SaaS applications.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPNs, routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Experience troubleshooting infrastructure using monitoring, logging, or IT service management tools.
- Working knowledge of Power Shell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with AWS services, including EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, and Cloud Watch.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, or Git.
- Familiarity with identity platforms such as Entra Okta.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or ELK.
- Experience supporting enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and security initiatives.
