Key Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Solution Architects for key MEGS accounts
- Drive performance management, hiring, and team member career growth
- Provide technical coaching with deep MEGS industry expertise
- Develop and execute technical strategy for major MEGS accounts
- Partner with Sales to align solutions with customer objectives
- Build technical relationships with customer executives and decision makers
- Lead complex engagements across content production, broadcast, streaming, gaming, and sports analytics
- Measure and optimize team effectiveness through defined KPIs
- Guide digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration and content delivery optimization
- Work with AWS media teams on feature prioritization and roadmap development
- Support executive briefings and technical deep-dive sessions
- Establish training programs focused on media workflows
- Create thought leadership content including whitepapers and case studies
- 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer‑facing resources or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.)
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
- AWS Associate level certification
- Experience working with Media & Entertainment industry customers
