Main responsibilities:
As an Oracle Business Systems Analysis Advisor you support Oracle E-Business Suite Projects and Programs. Main tasks are to analyze business, project, and program requirements and provide solutions together with the other teams (Development, Architects, and DBAs). Therefore, very good understanding of business processes and Oracle Application R12 including configuration. Main modules are Order Management, Billing, and Supply Chain related tasks.
Existing documentation (MD 050) about system solutions needs to be kept up to date reflecting changes and customizations. You should work pro-actively on improving existing solutions and processes to optimize the usage of the system covering the business needs.
You will also be responsible for user and team member training. Your overall general techno-functional expertise in all E-Business Suite modules is required to propose solutions which will contribute to the success of the company and to make it competitive in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Providing and documenting of solutions for new business requirements of existing solutions as well as for project requirements as part of strategic IPP platform. This includes evaluating data, specifications, and a degree of market understanding to classify the urgency and type of implementation required.
- Working on business support requests by analysis and creating solutions in teamwork with other teams.
- Drive root cause analysis taking the business needs and processes into account.
- Documentation of possible solutions and technical approaches based on common modeling software.
- Working with diverse stakeholders, including global product teams and key customers, as well as working closely with the engineering and development teams.
- Ensure customer SLAs are always considered and fulfilled.
- Responsible to support business users in Oracle (EBS R12) – over several modules.
- Training of business users and team members.
Qualification:
- Degree in either area of information technology, information management, or equivalent work experiences.
- Excellent techno-functional knowledge in Oracle Apps R12 and Rest APIs.
- Understanding of objects related to all Oracle modules.
- Very good knowledge in P2P and O2C processes.
- Experience with different versions of Oracle databases (19C).
- Very good expertise with tools like TOAD, SQL
* Plus, SQL
* Loader, XML Publisher, Putty, WinSCP, Rest APIs, and Kafka. - Excellent functional and technical understanding of complex transaction processes and applications.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.

- Avg 8+ years of related IT experience in the area of Oracle Apps and design of applications and solutions.
- Structured way of working, analytical skills, assertiveness, and high solution competence (team, goals, customers).
- Strong personal commitment to department objectives.
- Enthusiasm for agility and innovative problem solving.
- Proactive work performance.
- Economic thinking and acting.
- Sound knowledge of electronic payment transactions (retail banking, payment transactions, e/m-commerce, online, and mobile platforms), as well as knowledge of the related technical and functional processes, regulations, and usual procedures in card-based payment transactions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player with IT functional units and business units.
