Marketing Automation Manager
Marketing Automation Manager Part time role (10-20 hours per week) The Sage Group's client, a fast-growing software company that helps commercial contractors streamline operations across service, projects, scheduling, dispatch, and reporting, is seeking a part-time contractor to support the marketing automation and insights function. This person will provide hands-on support across marketing systems, campaign execution, reporting, process documentation, and workflow improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident working across marketing operations with expertise in Hub Spot.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Hub Spot and Salesforce marketing automation workflows, lists, forms, landing pages, and email programs
- Perform QA on automations, routing, segmentation, and campaign setup prior to launch
- Build and execute campaigns, including email sends, nurture programs, and event follow-up
- Assist with setup, testing, and post-launch validation of campaign assets
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on campaign performance, funnel activity, and operational health
- Validate tracking, attribution, lifecycle progression, and overall data accuracy
- Support data cleanup, list management, taxonomy consistency, and operational maintenance
- Document processes, QA steps, naming conventions, and workflow best practices
- Assist with systems coordination, integration testing, and process improvement initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or campaign operations
- Hands-on expertise with Hub Spot
- Salesforce is a strong plus
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage details without losing sight of deadlines
- Comfortable building campaigns, troubleshooting issues, and validating data accuracy
- Analytical and process-minded, with a sharp eye for quality and consistency
- Clear communicator who can work independently and keep stakeholders informed on progress and blockers
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, and operational documentation strongly preferred
This is a 6-month project with the possibility of extending 10-20 hours per week, ideally a few hours per day, M-F. This is not structured for evenings or weekends, must be during basic business hours $ 55-65 W-2 hourly, DOE.
