Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and end‑user groups to drive all aspects of the product from discovery to delivery, to end user adoption and ultimately to business value
- Design and deliver new features that add value to the customer experience
- Lead the delivery of prioritized product initiatives across global, cross‑functional teams and partners
- Champion the voice of customer
- Drive data‑informed prioritization by leveraging product metrics
- Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years' Experience OR Masters' Degree and Six Years' Experience
- Experience with Salesforce products such as Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Proven track record of building and scaling end‑to‑end digital products
- Experience in managing and delivering the implementation of complex technology solutions
- Experience with bringing digital products to market
- Experience of Computer Systems Validation and the delivery of GxP projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master's Degree
