John Paul Mitchell Systems is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver front-line support for Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, and AV systems for our Santa Monica, Santa Clarita offices, and the distribution center. The role requires on-site work with regular travel between locations.
You will respond to tickets, document resolutions, onboard/offboard employees, and support executives with time-sensitive issues, while contributing to IT policy adherence and knowledge base creation.
