Phone Support Technician; ENTRY LEVEL

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Mobile Device Technician

*** Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship ***

We need four candidates who should be comfortable navigating an iPhone and phone apps, they will be trained on everything else.

Attitude and adaptability matter most for this project

• All training will be hands-on.
• The four Admins will handle a repetitive role involving:
• Updating iPhone iOS.
• Configuring the device.
• Performing quality assurance checks.

• Candidates only need to be comfortable navigating an iPhone; we will provide all necessary training.
