UXUI Intern

Ole Ole is building a social network and messaging platform for football/soccer enthusiasts. Our product allows fans to discover and purchase curated travel experiences around football events.

We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated intern to design and develop user experiences that drive engagement and growth. This role requires strong design sensibilities coupled with coding skills and a passion for football technology.

• Leverage data mining and machine learning to model and predict end‑user behavior.
• Mine and analyze data to extract insights about customer discovery and viewing experiences.
• Develop new metrics and studies to quantify the impact of product personalization and production.
• Translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.
• Communicate findings to product and engineering teams through clear visualizations and presentations.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human‑Computer Interaction, Design or a related field.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or comparable.
• Understanding of design principles, user‑centered design, and information architecture.
• Portfolio demonstrating design projects, problem‑solving, and attention to detail.
• Coding experience with frameworks or libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Previous internship or work experience in a startup environment.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with experience in user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to fast‑paced environments.
• Creativity, innovation, and a passion for UX/UI.
• Attention to detail in both design and coding.

• Creative problem‑solver with a willingness to propose new ideas to grow user engagement.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and early‑stage product challenges.
• Strong work ethic; self‑starter who drives results, not micro‑management.

• Compensation is a monthly salary, commensurate with experience and contribution.

Location:

Santa Monica, California (potential relocation to Malibu).
