Job Type: Hybrid (Work hours - 9am to 6pm Pacific Time)
Reports To: Project Manager
Role Summary:
Work as a contract reviewer and router.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Legal point of contact to support review of prospective subcontractor objection to terms, review purchase agreements, nondisclosure agreements, and other corporate contracts.
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Ability to be flexible and work with a global team.
- Manage timelines and maintain personal records of work done.
- Train team members on processes, including contract review and contract management.
- Contribute to process improvement ideas and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure SLAs (timeline, quality) are met individually.
- Complete administrative tasks as required or requested.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Experience in Docu Sign or another contract routing tool.
- Experience in contract review projects, with added advantage if candidate has working experience in a managed service environment.
- Ability to read and understand highly complex contractual language to identify and flag client risks and suggest mitigation as per the client’s playbook.
- Proficient in speaking and writing English.
- Problem-solving attitude and target-driven along with an eye for details.
- Quick learner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal time period.
- Customer service experience – effective communication skills and the ability to articulate issues sophisticatedly to clients.
- Ability to comprehend questions and respond appropriately (both in writing and verbally).
- Knowledge of contract management tools and proficiency in MS Office.
