Associate Attorney - Business Immigration Law; West Coast

Associate Attorneys work alongside Legal Assistants, Paralegals, Team Managers, Partners, and other Associates to prepare and file a variety of business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including taking a leading role in client communication, working closely with legal support teams to ensure understanding of general and specific case strategies, and conducting high-level case reviews of work done by legal support teams.

We are looking to add an Associate Attorney to our growing team; remote applicants will be considered, with preference given to candidates in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones.

• Analyzing and communicating options to address clients’ business immigration needs
• Maintaining timely and accurate lines of communications with clients both during and after the application process to provide support with immigration program management and compliance
• Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure that applications are prepared and filed correctly
• Maintaining accuracy for high volume, rapid turnover cases
• Assisting clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process
• Other duties as required

• Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
• 3-5 years of business immigration experience
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of case types, covering NIV (including specific experience with simple and complex L visas and with E-2 Treaty Investor visas), PERM, and other IV case types.
• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong organization skills
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
• Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills

Interested applicants will be required to submit a resume, cover letter, and writing sample. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000 per year.
