POS Supply Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities- Resolve inquiries related to distributor orders, returns, shipments, products, claims, and customer concerns
- Enter sales orders into the company’s ERP system
- Investigate and resolve issues through root cause analysis using reports and data to address logistics challenges
- Monitor critical shipments and ensure on‑time inbound and outbound delivery
- Provide status updates on shipments as needed
- 1‑3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (heavily used)
