WhoWe Are Looking For:
The Supply Planning Analyst owns the day-to-day execution of purchasing processes, open order management, supplier relationships and inventory management across in-line and NPL business.
This role ensures accurate and timely execution of purchase orders, tracking, and Netsuite transactions and serves as the first-line escalation point for supplier and operational issues.
What You Will Be Doing:Planning & Execution
- Oversee purchasing execution for in-line business and NPLs, ensuring all POs are issued and tracked on schedule
- Resolve production delays and execute expediting options when necessary
- Manage execution of FG, component and WIP supply plans (MRP) in Net Suite supporting the business’s supply strategy
- Create and execute planned orders and review regularly with suppliers
- Assist with execution of S&OP planning strategies
- Monitor production timing for NPLs and flag risks proactively
- Own day-to-day supplier relationship management across in-line and NPL suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for operational issues
- Drive resolution for invoice and receipt discrepancies
- Support supplier scorecard data collection and KPI tracking
- Ensure accuracy of the Supply Chain Master / Net Suite Data including supplier data, sku transitions and BOM cleanup efforts
- Identify and execute cost and leadtime reduction opportunities
- Manage scrap rates and continuous with the suppliers
- Manage inventory levels in support of promotions and in-line business, including oversight of item receipts into Net Suite for components shipping to Fill/Assembly suppliers
- Own regular cadence of inventory reconciliation processes to ensure accurate inventory levels in Netsuite and drive resolutions for discrepancies
- Review supplier open order reports weekly and proactively resolve for out of stock risks
- Assist in resolution of packaging quality issues (e.g., carton scuffing, defect escalations) in coordination with QA and suppliers
- Lead weekly inventory risk reviews and provide comprehensive reports to the company
- 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, ideally in consumer products or beauty/cosmetics
- Hands-on proficiency with Net Suite for supply planning, purchasing, and inventory transactions
- Strong working knowledge of BOM structures, MRP planning, and supplier open-order/PO management
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships and represent supply chain to internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational issues independently, escalating judiciously
$70,000 - $90,000 a year

The base pay range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
