House Manager

A private Los Angeles family is looking for a house manager to lead a team and run the day-to-day smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a substantial background in managing estate operations, overseeing the staff, coordinating multiple calendars, and liaising with vendors. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience and be an excellent communicator with a warm, polished, and stable demeanor.

This special and unique role will play an integral part in leading a team and overseeing the property.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of household operations, including strategic planning, execution of estate projects, and household inventory
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing deadlines
• Leadership and development of the household team, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Docs
• Management of personal affairs including organizing travel arrangements, personal shopping, and lifestyle management.
• Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality in the household
