Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $84,000.00, plus incentive bonus potential.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Location:

Los Angeles, CA.

• Responsible for multiple locations across an assigned portfolio with oversight for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self‑parking, and valet services.
• Progressive management experience with multi‑team front‑line employee oversight.
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.

• 3‑5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Outstanding operational and financial acumen, with the ability to coach leaders in these areas.
• Impeccable conversational and written communication skills to develop lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
• A proactive mindset that sees challenge as opportunity and is ready to "charge the hill" to lead the team to new heights.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Computer‑savvy with familiarity in revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

• Provide exemplary leadership and development to your teams.
• Support and guide supervisors and managers in handling customer‑service issues and day‑to‑day operational needs.
• Develop and maintain lasting, mutually productive client relations and attend client meetings.
• Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet both corporate and client budget expectations.
• Review performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs; analyze trends and work with senior managers and/or corporate to maximize performance.
• Work with regional teams and corporate to prepare annual budgets, ensuring proper revenue generation, staff allocation, and operating expenses for the fiscal year.
• Perform other tasks as developed and assigned by company management.
