We’re partnering with a leading messaging services company to find a talented Project Manager to support an on-site team. This opportunity provides a chance to contribute to high-profile branded lens projects while working closely with diverse teams. The position offers an engaging, fast-paced environment focused on managing project workflows and cross-regional coordination. This role is ideal for professionals seeking a temporary assignment lasting between 10 and 26 weeks and eager to make an impact within a dynamic setting.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines to ensure efficient lens production from start to finish.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders, addressing questions and providing updates throughout the development phases.
  • Oversee the transfer of critical production information from US to EU teams, ensuring seamless cross-time zone collaboration.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the AR production team, guiding creative and technical decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines, uphold quality standards, and maintain transparency.
Project Manager

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably with tools like JIRA or similar task management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee workflows and handle high-volume workloads efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across different time zones.
