Are you passionate about storytelling and identifying unique ways to amplify one‑of‑a‑kind initiatives and product launches? Do you want to curate plans that implement hands‑on tactics to drive Red Bull’s product and brand objectives? If so, this might be the role for you! As the Brand Communications Grad, you will rotate through various Brand Communications departments and work alongside departmental experts to develop strategies that reach target audiences and maximize output across and within Media.
You will support and work with several cross‑functional Media Network and Marketing teams in this role.
SUPPORT BRAND COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY
Learn the fundamentals, principles and operations of a Communications professional at Red Bull.
Support the Brand Communications team in project management and internal reporting.
Observe and participate in the development of Communications and Media Network campaigns – understanding the key positioning and execution of events, Pillars, product launches and more in Earned, Managed, and Owned outputs.
Play an active role in aligning the Brand Marketing initiatives to the Earned, Managed, and Owned Media Network plan.
Evaluate Red Bull’s presence in the media landscape: traditional media, social‑first media, podcasts, vodcasts, and more, to identify emerging trends and practice application to shaping Media campaigns.
DELIVERY AND EXECUTION
Assist in the development and execution of the Brand and OnPremise Communications strategy across Earned, Managed, and Owned channels.
Work with internal teams and external partners to drive awareness, relevance, and engagement amongst third‑party media with and for the Red Bull brand.
Help execute media activations and plans that increase brand awareness and relevance, embodying and elevating the Red Bull brand, characteristics and tone of voice.
COLLABORATION AND COORDINATION
Collaborate with the Brand Communications team and cross‑functional stakeholders in Media and Marketing to deliver breakthrough moments that elevate brand awareness and presence.
Become a Brand guardian, developing deep understanding for the product, logo and brand functions, and support the cross‑functional departments in the organization (nationally and regionally) to ensure cohesive output in all Media Network projects.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed before July 2026)
- Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
- Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
- Proven excellence in academic pursuits
- A history of pursuing personal passions, extra‑curricular achievements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Travel 0‑10%

Salary: $73,000. Benefits: comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, 401k match, family leave, PTO & paid holiday schedule, pet, legal, and life insurance, tuition reimbursement (benefits listed may vary depending on the nature of your employment and/or work location).
