Job Overview

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory care environment, addressing patients' physical, emotional, spiritual needs and appropriate care strategies throughout the lifespan. This position facilitates care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters. The role collaborates with other members of the health‑care team, maintains compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care.

Provide nursing care for patients in an ambulatory setting, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, including direct, telephonic/telehealth, and electronic encounters. Coordinate care with the health‑care team and maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Upon hire:
  California Registered Nurse License.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS (American Heart Association certification).
• 18 months professional nursing experience.

• Upon hire:
  Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – American Heart Association.
• Upon hire:
  Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association.

Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, and bonuses.

Salary range: $48.03 – $74.56 per hour.
