Nursing Assistant Student - PACT Per-diem

Job Description

Position:
Nursing Assistant Student at Providence Saint John’s Health Center, Santa Monica, CA. The role is per‑diem and requires working 12‑hour day and night shifts under direct supervision of a bedside registered nurse or designee.

• Work under the direct supervision of a clinical supervisor, bedside RN, or designee.
• Provide close, continuous observation to ensure patient safety.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist patients with daily activities and comfort.
• Maintain a safe patient care environment.
• Document all patient observation and care activities.
• Perform non‑direct patient care duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.
• Completed the first semester of an accredited nursing school program.

Pay Range: $24.00–$24.00 per hour.

Part time, on‑site at Providence Saint John’s Health Center, Santa Monica CBL 2121 Santa Monica Blvd, CA.
