Shift: 12-hr variable day shift (start between 09:00–11:00) Monday–Friday On-call expectation:
Average of 6 on-call shifts per six-week schedule (mix of weeknights 23:30–08:00 and 12-hr weekend blocks: 08:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00) Guaranteed
Hours:
Facility may call off staff once per two-week pay period
Minimum experience:
1 year required License:
Compact license must be in hand at time of submission Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS Clinical skills: arterial line management, ventilator/ventilated patient care, CVP monitoring, dysrhythmia recognition/management, PACU Phase I/II experience, pulmonary artery (Swan-Ganz) monitoring Pre-approved time off:
Two (must request RTO at submission) Holiday requirement:
Must commit to working 3 of the 5 listed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
