ACLS AWHONN Advanced or NCC EFM BLS FHM NRP
Must-Have:
Experience with high-risk pregnancies
Assist with vaginal deliveries and C-sections
Fetal heart monitoring
Provide care in a labor and delivery unit
Monitor high-risk pregnancies and fetal health
Assist with vaginal deliveries and circulate for C-sections
Participate in postpartum couplet care when necessary
Float to postpartum if required
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Maintain privacy for high-profile patients
Handle antepartum and intrapartum patient care effectively
Utilize Epic for charting and documentation
Provide support through preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases as needed
Maintain a high standard of care in a dynamic and busy environment
Expected to float between similar units as needed
Required to work every other weekend
Commit to working three of the five major holidays during the contract period
