Position: RN - Santa Monica TRU (Part-Time/Nights)
Description The Staff RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated timeframe and provides care to these patients via the nursing process and other input from healthcare team members. The Staff RN Supports the Unit Director, Assistant Unit Director, Clinical Educator, ANI Charge Nurses, and Relief Charge Nurses in the provision of efficient patient flow, problem solving, and intervention as indicated.

The Staff RN adheres to all aspects of leadership as described in Clinical Nurse II role description. The Staff RN participates in committees concerning management of patient care, patient and staff safety, and process improvement. The Staff RN participates in promoting professional growth and development of personnel.
