We are seeking a RN Nurse Manager for our Labor and Delivery unit to provide leadership, planning, and supervision of personnel in a fast-paced, high-quality care environment. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring patient safety and quality delivery of care, and collaborating effectively with physicians and department managers.
Qualifications includeBachelor's Degree in Nursing, California RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), 4+ years of supervisory experience in acute care, and labor & delivery nursing experience.
Key responsibilities:leading unit operations, managing resources, reporting, and ensuring strategic goals align with organizational standards. The role requires knowledge of best practices in patient safety and quality.
