Roles & Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze data for Quarterly Executive Management Reviews.
- Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations using input from global business owners.
- Review Quality System reports and dashboards in Veeva QMS.
- Support QMS processes including Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, and Document Control.
- Collaborate with global Quality teams to ensure timely completion of management review deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Quality Systems (QMS) experience.
- Experience supporting Executive Management Reviews.
- Experience with Veeva QMS.
- Experience in Quality System reporting and dashboard analysis.
- Experience with CAPA management.
- Experience with Deviation management.
- Experience with Change Control.
- Experience developing PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience in QMS data analysis.
- Experience with cross-functional Quality Systems coordination.
- Document Control experience preferred.
- Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device industry experience preferred.
