Quality Systems Support Specialist
Support Quality Systems activities by compiling and analyzing data for Quarterly Executive Management Reviews.
Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations using input from global business owners.
Review Quality System reports and dashboards in Veeva QMS.
Support QMS processes including Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, and Document Control.
Collaborate with global Quality teams to ensure timely completion of management review deliverables.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of Quality Systems (QMS) experience.
Experience supporting Executive Management Reviews.
Experience with Veeva QMS.
Experience in Quality System reporting and dashboard analysis.
Experience with CAPA management.
Experience with Deviation management.
Experience with Change Control.
Experience developing PowerPoint presentations.
Experience in QMS data analysis.
Experience with cross-functional Quality Systems coordination.
Document Control experience preferred.
Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, or Medical Device industry experience preferred.
