Lead Clinical Research Analyst - Hematology​/Oncology; Santa Monica

Overview

The Clinical Research Analyst 4 plays a critical role in the overall operational management of clinical research/trial/study activities from design, setup, conduct, through closeout. The candidate serves as a technical leader with responsibility for implementing research activities for one or more studies, which may include multicenter clinical trials (NIH and industry-sponsored), local investigator-initiated trials, and/or programmatic clinical research activities. The role requires project management, prioritizing work to meet scheduled goals, and ensuring study protocol and procedures are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.

The position may supervise and train others on projects and collaborates with PIs, departments, sponsors, institutions, and other entities to support and provide guidance on the administration of compliance, financial, personnel, and related aspects of studies.
