Develop and create unique, innovative pastries, desserts, and confections for outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, banquets, and in-room dining;
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal and special event menus;
Oversee day-to-day operations of the pastry department, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budget management;
Train, mentor, and supervise pastry team members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment;
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and quality standards, following HACCP guidelines and local health department regulations
